APPOINTMENTS:

I am new. How do I qualify? How do I make an appointment?

We do recommend that new guests call our office to schedule an appointment instead of booking online. Please call our office at (470) 302-4055. Make sure to leave a message and someone will return your call.

I am having trouble booking my appointment online.

Never Alone is currently experiencing a significant increase in appointment requests.

Appointment slots are full for many weeks out. Dates with available slots will have a blue circle around them. Dates with no blue circle are already booked.

I do not live in Cherokee County.

The food pantry, located in Woodstock, serves residents of Cherokee, Cobb, Bartow, and Pickens counties.

United Way offers a hotline that can assist you in finding resources in your area. Dial 211 on your phone 24/7 to access this service.

I am trying to make a Saturday appointment.

Saturday appointments may only be scheduled by calling the pantry at (470) 302-4055.

Remote distributions serve all residents of GA regardless of the county.

Delivery:

Can you deliver food?

Never Alone understands that transportation is an issue for many. However, does not offer food delivery.

Does Never Alone offer other services besides food assistance?

No, Never Alone only offers food assistance.

Does Never Alone offer Christmas Assistance?

No, Never Alone does not have a Christmas Assistance program. School Counselors are often a good resource for local organizations who do.

Does Never Alone have a special Thanksgiving or Christmas Food Distribution?

No, Never Alone does not have a special Thanksgiving or Christmas Food Distribution. Never Alone strives to offer turkeys and/or hams during regular pantry visits and remote distributions during the holiday season. However, there is no guarantee that we be able to secure turkeys and/or hams and supplies will likely be limited.
